I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution on March 24th (photo on left), and this is my progress as of April 21st (photo on right). I’m 5’5” and SW was 148.6, CW is 155.1 (I was discouraged for a while, since my weight was doing the opposite of what I wanted it to do, but now I realize that weight doesn’t even matter! I look and feel way better than I did a month ago!) I don’t count calories or anything - I just eat mostly healthy, whole foods and drink lots of water throughout the day. This program is AWESOME, and I am so proud of my progress! Can’t wait to do another progress pic at 8 weeks! :)

height 5’4Left picture: ~146 pounds, eating wicked unhealthy food in ridiculous amounts, barely exercising, totally sedentary lifestyle, LOTS OF BOOZE.Right picture: ~138 pounds, pescetarian, running 3-5 times per week, WEIGHT LIFTING, eating clean 80% of the time, minimal drinking (a nice local beer every now and then)i’m not yet where i wanna be, i’m cleaning up my diet even more & starting to lift heavy (: but progress is progress, and submitting this in public is conquering a HUGE fear for me, so that is what i am going to do.

Those last 10 freaking pounds!

I was 10 lbs from my goal weight. But then, I indulged a lot, and struggled to keep my diet in check. So on Monday, 2/18/13, I started eating low carb.

Monday, 2/18/13: Weight, 152.3 lbs. Total carbs eaten: 20g

Tuesday, 2/19/13: Weight, 152.2 lbs. Total carbs eaten: 24g

Wednesday, 2/20/13: Weight, 150.6 lbs. Total carbs eaten: ??? (Day not done)

Goal weight: 140 lbs. I can do this!
