I was 10 lbs from my goal weight. But then, I indulged a lot, and struggled to keep my diet in check. So on Monday, 2/18/13, I started eating low carb.
Monday, 2/18/13: Weight, 152.3 lbs. Total carbs eaten: 20g
Tuesday, 2/19/13: Weight, 152.2 lbs. Total carbs eaten: 24g
Wednesday, 2/20/13: Weight, 150.6 lbs. Total carbs eaten: ??? (Day not done)
Goal weight: 140 lbs. I can do this!
