So I thought I had eaten 1200 calories today. I logged my intake. 1530 calories. Over by 330 calories. *sigh*
I know it’s not a lot, but I’m 5’4.5 and I’ve been stuck in the 145-150 lb range FOREVER! Currently at 150. I need to get to 135 to feel completely healthy.
I’ve got 15 lbs to go. If I log my calories every day and stay at 1200/day, and work out 3 days/week, is it possible to weigh in next week at 148 lbs?
I guess we’ll only know if I give it a shot. Here we go! Day #1 tomorrow, Wed 9/12/12.
