I’m mad! I want to be good, and stay w/i my calorie limit, and eat “clean”, but somehow… every damn night, I give in, and eat a little more than I should…. I’m running again, so I’m not gaining weight, but I’m not losing either.
Every time I see a skinny girl… I get inspired. And two hours later, I’m eating. ARGH!
Is it tough for me to lose weight because I’m a food addict?
Or because I used to be 210 pounds and now I’m 149, and would love to be 135, so those last 14 pounds are just stubborn? I don’t know. I’m tired. I’m annoyed. I’m frustrated. What gives?
