For dinner, I had a carne asada bowl without the bowl and without the beans. Steak, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream. Oh man…. so damn good!
This is a very tough diet for me. I love my veggies and fruit. Perhaps Paleo is the way to go with this. Ugh! What should I do? I’ve only been on this damn diet for 4 days, and I already want to quit. Bleh! I’ll give it til Sunday morning when I weigh in to see what affect the whole week has had on my body/weight.
